Tango found that across the surveyed countries, the top three most severe impacts of COVID-19 on cooperative business operations were reduced revenue, government restsrictions on activities, and reduced deliveries of product by members. Cooperatives reported an urgent need for access to finance/loans to cover revenue loses and for coaching to shift business strategies and/or revise operations to manage burdens and access to technology to maintain business operations.
