Partnerships: A Workforce Development Practitioner’s Guide

Increasingly, organizations are forming partnerships to solve complex workforce development, educational, health and other challenges at institutional, community and regional levels. Funders, including federal and state governments and major foundations, also promote collaborative problem solving through formal partnerships. Workforce development partnerships bring together multiple perspectives and complementary needs, from businesses, education and training providers, workforce organizations, and community resources to support the design, implementation and sustainability of effective workforce development interventions.
