Executive Vice President of Technical Learning and Application, ACDI/VOCA
In addition to management of the technical teams – Market and Food Systems; Gender, Youth and Social Inclusion; Agriculture and Environment; and Catalyzing Investment – she also provides direct technical support to projects and proposals, especially related to organizational capacity building, participatory processes and technical strategy. Before joining ACDI/VOCA in 2013, Cheryl served in leadership positions for Youth Challenge International, Peace Corps Cambodia, Peace Corps Mali, and the United States Department of Labor. She holds a BA in Russian from Bryn Mawr College, an MPH in health education and behavior from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and is fluent in English and French.
