Eileen Hoffman is a senior international development expert with 23 years of experience designing and leading projects, providing technical advisory services, and driving technical excellence across projects.
She spent 10 years working in Europe, Haiti, and the Middle East implementing USAID funded economic growth projects and advising government and private sector clients. Since 2010, she has worked in the US, leading technical services teams, fostering thought leadership and technical excellence, implementing global projects with USAID, partners, and private sector donors, and driving business development. In 2023, she re-joined Global Communities and serves as Vice President of Program Quality and Accountability, leading technical teams in the health, nutrition, WSSH, food security, economic opportunity, climate resilience, GESI and youth sectors, as well as the measurement and evidence for learning and impact team, to enhance the effectiveness and impact of programs across sustainable development, humanitarian, conflict and post-conflict contexts. Ms. Hoffman holds a master’s degree in international business studies from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of San Diego.
