This user-friendly tool, applicable across diverse geographic, economic, social, and cultural contexts, serves as an educational instrument and member engagement mechanism for cooperative leaders and members to assess their preparedness for responding to and continuing operations during periods of external shock. By using the tool, your cooperative can independently build and strengthen its resilience for long-term success and stability.
CBCR was developed by U.S. OCDC’s International Cooperative Research Group (ICRG) with support from the U.S. Agency for International Development. The evidence-based tool was co-created and rigorously tested to enable cooperatives to perform more effectively and enhance their support to their members.
