Hermanson addresses ag globalization, inequities

In a recent post on the SPORE blog, Judith Hermanson, director of OCDC’s Research Group, addressed the globalization of agriculture, but wrote that well-organized, member-controlled cooperatives provide an important mechanism by which smallholders can literally take matters into their own hands through collective action, providing members with leverage and helping to mitigate risk. Read the full post.
