To introduce the policy makers and others to the ongoing work and achievements of its members, OCDC has prepared and presented a policy paper. It highlights OCDC’s unique approach to international stability and prosperity, which uses the cooperative business model to:
- Grow sustainable business development in even the poorest countries
- Enable people to share resources and skills to improve their income, health and living conditions — and that of their families and children
- Strengthen democracy
- Enhance our national security by building a more stable, prosperous world
“One of our strengths that should catch the attention of the new Administration is our focus on public-private partnerships to cost-effectively achieve sustainable international development results,” says Paul Hazen, OCDC’s executive director.
