To introduce the policy makers and others to the ongoing work and achievements of its members, OCDC has prepared and presented a policy paper. It highlights OCDC’s unique approach to international stability and prosperity, which uses the cooperative business model to:

• Grow sustainable business development in even the poorest countries
• Enable people to share resources and skills to improve their income, health and living conditions — and that of their families and children
• Strengthen democracy
• Enhance our national security by building a more stable, prosperous world
