Angelina Tracy joined WOCCU in 2023 bringing nearly 20 years of experience providing strategic guidance to achieving impact through economic growth, agricultural development and livelihoods.

In her current role, she leads a dynamic and growing team to expand WOCCU’s work in financial services innovation. She drives collaborative efforts with its member credit union partners, private sector leaders, youth organizations and women’s leadership networks, to drive development of innovative programs and initiatives aimed at the democratization of financial inclusion that member-owned, member-controlled financial cooperatives represent.

Ms Tracy has a deep appreciation for cooperative development through her prior career with Land O’Lakes Venture37 and ACDI/VOCA.

Ms Tracy holds a MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics. She resides with her family in Washington DC and enjoys everything outdoors – from hiking in Shenandoah to whitewater rafting in Maine.
