Blaize Dankers Donnay serves as the Director of Member and Cooperative Engagement, overseeing member-owner governance, communications, member relations, and strategic initiatives for both GENEX and AgSource within URUS Group.

She is a dedicated professional on a pursuit to better the agriculture industry. Blaize is highly devoted to enhancing business effectiveness and identifying strategic solutions to real world problems. She loves to be collaborative, build relationships, and turn goals into genuine actions. Above all – she values the opportunity to be a resource for others and learn something new every day.

Blaize carries a diverse background in both cooperative and private settings with expertise in marketing, sales, communications, customer relations, policy, grassroots advocacy, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining URUS Group in January of 2024, Blaize spent several years at Land O’Lakes, Inc. Having worked in the agriculture industry her entire life, she brings a wealth of experience both on-farm and in business. Colleagues describe her as versatile, dedicated, and visionary. Most notably, she is a dynamic leader, energized by implementing innovative ideas that drive success for both members and the cooperative. Blaize holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business and economics from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls and is currently pursuing a Professional MBA at Kansas State University.
