MEL Manager, Financial Inclusion, World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU)
Dalia Mehiar serves as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager for international projects at World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU).
She leads the development and implementation of MEL systems, providing technical support to project and business development teams to improve economic and social outcomes for underserved communities.
Dalia’s prior work includes program management and performance support with Mercy Corps, data quality support for Global Communities in Rwanda, and liaising with US congressional offices for the Embassy of Jordan in Washington, D.C.
Dalia holds a master’s degree in global human development from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, specializing in social innovation and global development, in addition to refugee and migration studies. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and French studies from Smith College.
