Heather Schommer is a Senior Program Manager at Land O’Lakes Venture37 currently supporting agriculture programming in Rwanda, Zambia, Georgia, Uganda, and more – including the USAID Cooperative Development Activity.

Before joining Venture37, she managed USAID economic development stabilization programs in Syria, developed aid effectiveness policy and campaigns with Oxfam America, and led communications and outreach at USAID/Rwanda. Heather has a master’s degree in public policy.
