Johnson is the Deputy Chief of Party for HP-Uganda and previously served as Program Manager and Technical Advisor Uganda to HP.

I lead technical teams that build and strengthen cooperative management systems, provide strategic direction and support to cooperatives and care providers implementing Cooperative health Insurance. With over 25 years’ experience in business management, I am a champion of cooperative health insurance development, and an advocate for better health. My career spans through business management specialist, private and public service, cooperative health financing and insurance development, health advocacy. I hold a higher Diploma and BA in Business Administration, and finalizing a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at Cooperative University of Kenya- Nairobi.
