Lourdes Barude has a degree in Accounting and Business Sciences, postgraduate studies in Project Management, and is a member of the Project Management Institute.

She was an M&E Specialist, since 2015, on the Inclusive Value Chains Program. In 2021 she became the Program Coordinator (Chief of Party) until 2023, the year of its completion. Currently, she is an independent consultant.

She has collaborated with various institutions such as the Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Development, the National Institute of Indigenous Peoples, Local Governments and other international institutions such as Global Funds Canada, the U.S. Embassy and USAID/Paraguay, in order for people to improve their lives through the Inclusive Value Chains Program.
