Rebecca has 13 years of experience designing sustainable global development programs focused on food security, agriculture, and livelihoods.
As the Source Development Manager for Frontier Co-op, a natural spices and organic herbs company, she works with international suppliers to develop programs at origin that mitigate supply chain and brand risk; identify external funding opportunities that support Frontier’s ongoing business activities; and actively participate in industry-wide events, platforms, and committees, including the Sustainable Spice Initiative and the Overseas Cooperative Development Council’s Collaborative Working Group. In addition, she manages Frontier’s portfolio of donor-funded projects, such as the USAID Cooperative Development Program (CDP) and the USDA Uganda VINES program. Rebecca has an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the
University of Florida.
