Proven record in initiating income generating diversification as a solution to fostering profitability of rural smallholders, Cooperatives and AgriSMEs in the developing countries.   

Willy has over 15 years of experience providing tailored economic development solutions to Agri-Enterprise development initiatives. 

Over the past quarter, Willy has joined GENEX as the Chief Of Party of their Climate Smart Cattle Cooperatives project, providing overall leadership of the project in Kenya, Uganda and Nigeria. 

Prior to that, Willy has occupied multiple senior executive roles focusing on the economic development of rural smallholder farmers and of local Agribusinesses in Rwanda, Zambia, Ghana, Malawi, USA and Lebanon.
