Willy has over 15 years of experience providing tailored economic development solutions to Agri-Enterprise development initiatives. 

In 2024, Willy joined GENEX as the Chief Of Party of their Cooperative Development Project, providing overall leadership of the project in Kenya, Uganda and Nigeria. 

Prior to that, Willy has occupied multiple senior executive roles focusing on the economic development of rural smallholder farmers and local Agribusinesses in Rwanda, Zambia, Ghana, Malawi, and Lebanon.
