Yurlady Chaverra Palacios is the Quality Assurance Coordinator at NRECA International.

She joined the organization in February 2024 and is based at the headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. In her role, Yurlady is instrumental in developing, designing, and implementing the policies and procedures of NRECA International’s quality assurance program. She also supports business development activities and assists project managers in monitoring and evaluating the status of projects both from the home office and on-site. 

Yurlady brings a rich background in strategic business, economic, and community development initiatives. Her career highlights include serving as a Junior Advisor for the Colombian National Planning Department in Bogotá, Colombia. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Science degree in Marketing from Universidad Libre in Cali, Colombia. Additionally, Yurlady earned a Master of Science degree in International and Economic Development from the University of San Francisco, California.
