Young People and Cooperatives: A Perfect Match?

This global thematic research report aims to determine how the cooperative movement can better support and engage with young people. Based on 420 responses from young people in 20 countries, it provides a global snapshot of young people’s views and opinions from within and outside the cooperative movement.

This report was developed by the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) and its four regional offices under the ICA-EU Partnership for international cooperative development. Expertise and external support were provided by the Co-operative College (UK) and valuable contributions made by members of the ICA Youth Network and its regional counterparts.
