Resilience and Crisis Recovery – Leading Locally, the Cooperative Way

Part 6: Replicating the Model

This is the first time a funding mechanism using this model has been implemented by USAID. The goal of this inaugural CFP is to increase Moroccan cooperatives’ ability to invest and grow their income-generating activities, and in turn, generate operational data for USAID on the feasibility and efficiency of delivering financial grants to cooperatives in other regions of Morocco or other countries.

One of the strengths of the CFP is that it is adaptable and easily customizable to serve different scenarios that are unique to other regions and countries. For more information on how to do this, contact Salma Kadiri. More information can be found in the press release and in the CFP info sheet
